It's Maple Weekend!

Its that time of year again that the sugar-houses of upstate NY and New England are boiling down the bounty of this years sap.

There are many sugar-houses in the upstate NY area, but if you are looking to make a day out of visiting multiple farms and tasting fresh maple syrup, its a safe bet to take a trip to the Washington County NY/South-western Vermont area.
